Pool Rules & Reminders

The pool is reserved for the exclusive use of permanent Full and Guest Members of the Rivermist Homeowners Association and their accompanied guests.  Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.

All persons entering the pool or pool area enter at their own risk. The Rivermist Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury in connection with such use, or for loss or damages to personal property.

All members and guests are required to sign in as they enter the pool area and remain at the Check-In Table until personnel verify their membership status.

Only guests that are accompanied by Full or Guest Members are allowed in the pool area. Rivermist residents who are not permanent Full members of the Association may not enter the pool area as guests. Guest fees are payable at the Check-In Table upon entry to the pool area.

Disposable diapers are NOT PERMITTED in the pool. Children who are not toilet trained and those 3 years and younger must wear rubber pants beneath swim suits. Swim Diapers or cotton training pants are encouraged to be worn under the plastic pants for children still requiring diapers. Click here for our Diaper Policy

Children under the age of twelve (12) years old, (as of September 1 of the current year), must have adult supervision. Adult supervision is defined as “a person 18 years or older charged with the care of specific small children.” Child sitters 16 years old are acceptable provided written parental authorization is on file with the Pool Check-In Table.
